For me, mojo 2 replaced big schiit stack. I went from Bifrost uber, Loki and Asgard 3 to a device that i can toss into my work backpack with the work laptop and commute to the office. Plus i live in E

There's also Single Ended device that can pump out high power like Mojo 2

I do and have paired the Mojo 2 with the Austrian Audio Full Score One. I'm really happy with this pairing. I'm especially pleased with this combination and my Focal Radiance.

I’m currently using the mojo2 as a dac for my topping L50 amp I bought a few years ago.

Fiio M21 > (USB-C to Micro-USB OTG Cable) > Chord Mojo2 > (Hart 4.4mm Pentaconn to stereo 3-pin XLR) > Cavalli Liquid Carbon V2 > (WireWorld Nano-Eclipse 4-pin XLR to dual 3.5mm mini) > Focal Clear MG

I’m also using mojo 2 as dac. but the amp I’m using is the Nitsch Pietus Maximus. it’s great!

I have Mojo 2 as well and it sounds awesome by itself.

Sound-wise they’re clean and balanced, not for bassheads, but with a slight EQ on the Mojo 2 (small boost at 20Hz and 125Hz) the bass gets deeper and punchier without messing up the mids.

Chord mojo 2 right ? Possibly the new cable will fix the issue, one of the comments pointed out that, that same cable fixed the issue as per a YouTuber

If you want to keep the mojo 2 and don't mind an adapter, I'd recommend something like this [https://amzn.eu/d/hRFVCMu] The white noise issue does not happen over optical connection.

Other than the couple of times I almost blew up my speakers, the Mojo 2 has been the best DAC I've used in my desktop setup. Hopefully the firmware update fixes this permanently.

i heard a ddc solves this problem to not happen which is what i use my mojo 2 with. smsl ddc. i also had this issue when i was trying to, stupidly, set my windows sound properties to way above 24bit 1

I think the Mojo2 is a great product and Chord has been very particular in making this a very high quality hardware device.

I experienced this too with the mojo 2 while listening to it in a hifi store. I practically threw the hifiman aryas I was listening through on the floor. Was very unsettling.

The hardware *is* fantastic. Like it works great, sounds great, and actually does the job when it comes to raw audio. Software? DOGSHIT. Like the worst imaginable.
