My endgame is a Softears Volume S, because I love the vocal forward nature, natural timbre, warm tilt, relatively soft treble but with enough detail to excite me...

I also wanted to like them but I simply couldn't. Especially around the 4-5 kHz range but also overall. ... So I guess the Softears are simply not my preferred sound signature.
Hey, how’s the comfort with the volume s vs the tea pros? ... I’ve read that the volume s is better for smaller ears?
Im still deciding whether I should get the volume S or the performer 5+2
Very much agree, though I find the Volume S to actually feel less bulky than Tea Pro because of how the nozzle is shaped. ... stock it kind of sounds like a better Hexa with waaay better bass.

One of my favorite sets I have ever bought and probably the only one that convinced me not to get the Mega5EST anymore for I think it's not much of an upgrade going from the Volume S to that one.
Have you tried comparing Volume S to the more expensive RSV Mk2? Wondering if the upgrade would be worth the price difference.
But Volume S is the best IEM I personally tested as of late.
My plastic tool to switch impedance modes broke and my Volume S got stuck in the lower impedance mode, which is fortunately much better than the high one.

Im looking to pull the Trigger on an IEM and this particular iem (softears volume s) has been recommended constantly, before I make the click to purchase does anyone have any other recommendations I s
I’m looking at either the volume s or the Martilos what would you guys recommend for me (if not these something else budget 500)
Softears Volume S is pretty similar-ish to the Odyssey 2 tuning wise, other than Volume S would be a little bit more mid-bass punchy than Odyssey 2.
