Keychron K2 HE

Mine was defective like 1 month after I bought it. Started to make double presses and all that. ... they slowly built a reputation of being unreliable

My issue: I was shocked to find out that it only fit specific Keychron keycaps. So I was locked in. On top of that, replacement keycaps have been forever SOLD Out

The main problem is qc combined with absolutely horseshit support the product is more of liability then anything especially considering the price.

But they are expensive....if I didnt want the ISO layout I wouldnt buy one.

HE boards aren’t bad. Keychron HE boards are bad.

Got a Q1 HE. About half a year in I got random key presses, sent it back, got a new one. A month in, the same thing happened.

There are things about it that are just ... wrong. (Nordic layout for reference, but some of these are for every ISO).

i hear that Keychron customer support is awful

I received the keyboard with a bricked BT unit. ... The replacement PCB arrived with a defective hot swap socket ... the bottom case screw holes were partially broken or "melted"

Loving my keychron Q5 HE, sturdiest board I ever owned.

I also agree that I felt their prices were a bit high for what you get. ... the caps are not shine through ... LEDs being south facing only.

seeing how many people said their keyboard is either defective, dead on arrive or double click is really concerning.

Keychron ultra Q1 no issues.. app works flawless..only 1 month in though.

Ping-y case, basic quality switch&keycap and horrendous mounting point placement.
