I have 5 Asus aimesh routers spread around our farm (3 barns, 2 houses). It is completely impractical to wire it. So, mesh it is for us.

I'd consider the ASUS ZenWiFi BD5 Outdoor. It is pricey for an "outdoor" unit, but you could always install it indoors. The RT-BE96U is one of Asus' Extendable Routers with AiMesh, so if you stay with
Thanks - this is kinda what I was looking for. BT10s are more than likely going to be my choice due to price point, and my setup with be identical to yours. I'm not all that well versed in networking

AiMesh works great as long as all the nodes (router and other mesh nodes) use the same WiFi standard. Your nodes are all WiFi 6 so should work quite well.
The issue was due to a corrupted or stuck ARP/MAC association inside the ASUS router (main node of a 3-unit AiMesh ZenWiFi AX setup).
