E7 + Embody is peak setup 😩 Enjoy the upgrade dude, your back’s thanking you already 😂
The Embody is the only chair thats ever felt like it suited me and it got rid of my lower back pain. ... it feels like sitting on a cloud to me.
People come in all shapes and sizes. You simply have to try out the chairs (if possible in your region) before buying. Herman Miller also have a good refund policy. I’d say don’t force something to ma
The Embody did not particularly fit well with me as well but didnt cause discomfort.
i have the embody, sitting on it right now, and it's terrible. and i really want to love it for the money I paid. going to sell it at a huge loss.
I just bought a Herman Miller from Office Logic, cost me $893. Junk. Seat screws stripped out won't hold, controls for recline, tilt won't hold.

I took all the suggestions mentioned: got a Herman Miller Embody chair... I feel such a big difference and I’m just happy to be getting small parts of my life back.
I got wood-floor replacement casters directly from Steelcase, perhaps Herman-Miller has something similar?
I've had one for 3 years and it still looks new, it's a great chair and I expect it to last a long time.
Up untill yesterday it was completely silent. Yesterday i started getting this clicking sound (which you also described) from the seat adjustment rail / handle when moving my left leg.
