This is a known issue with the Eero 7s. 2.5G LAN - > 1G I was getting like 500Mbps. 2.5G -> 2.5G fixed it for me. I've heard putting an unmanaged switch between your end device and the eero can fix it

All I know so far is these Pro 7's have been a nice upgrade from my erro Pro 1s. The range and responsiveness is a really nice upgrade on my network.
